Delivery & Returns


For all stock items, we can organise delivery within 3 to 7 working days.

Due to the nature and high quality of our products, some items are built-to-order or specially ordered items which means they may take longer, but don’t worry, we won’t leave you waiting, we’ll be in touch as soon as we have an estimated delivery date and keep you up-to-date. These items are normally delivered within 4-8 weeks.

We use carefully selected carriers to deliver your items so that you receive them in perfect condition.

All charges for delivery are based on the size and weight of the product. When you add items to your shopping basket, the delivery charge will be displayed.

We currently deliver to mainland England & Wales only (we can deliver to Scotland, subject to a surcharge).


Purpose-made and special order goods cannot be returned.

You may cancel your order up to 7 days after delivery has taken place providing all goods are in perfect condition, unopened and in original packaging. Simply telephone us using our main number to confirm this. When you choose to return unwanted items, it is at your cost. We will refund any monies due less a 30% restocking charge.


You have the right to cancel your non-special order goods at any time before delivery. Simply telephone us on 01765 696 495 to organise this.

Please note: We are unable to accept unwanted returns or specially ordered and built-to-order items. If your item is built-to-order, we will not be able to accept cancellation, due to their bespoke nature. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.
