A full design service is available for any size of project or development.
We use the latest version of a CAD programme called Planit 20/20 Fusion which offers an un-rivalled and realistic room projection. This is projected with items that you have personally chosen, based upon your colour & style of tiles, choice of sanitary ware, brassware, lighting and even accessories. Seeing is certainly believing with this service and our designers are on hand to assist you in our state-of-the-art showroom.
The Full Service Breakdown
Design
We’ll make this as easy as we can for you, without even having to leave the comfort of your home. Once we receive your completed online form, your dedicated design consultant will call you to discuss your project, aiming to understand your preferred style, get an idea of your requirements and your overall vision for your project. We can work seamlessly over the phone or correspond via email, to discuss the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or office of your dreams, without you having to leave the comfort of your home.
Planning
At this point we’ll go over the details of the project, we’ll ask for your room measurements and photos of the existing room, any preferences you have, we’ll gather the information needed for us to be able to plan a layout that works for you. We’ll make this part of the process as easy as possible for you! Thanks to our unparalleled product knowledge we can suggest and recommend from a multitude of choices to perfectly suit your needs.
Floor Plan
Your dedicated design consultant will review your specifications and requirements and get to work producing a plan. Once completed your design consultant will be back in touch with you to discuss the plans, here we can make any changes to the layout and product selection if necessary. Once you are satisfied with the floor plan, your design consultant can produce a quote for the project and if required we will get to work creating your fully rendered 3D visual.
3D Visuals
Your dedicated design consultant will begin rendering your new dream bathroom, kitchen, bedroom or office using our design software. This will allow you to fully visualise your new bathroom, products, accessories and tiling so you can see your finished room before you start. When your 3D visuals are complete we will send you them, so that you can discuss and share with those involved in your project.
Showroom Visit
(When we are legally allowed to reopen) Finally we will make an appointment for you to come into the showroom, where we can discuss the design and look at products, tile options etc. If you are happy with the design and quote, we can then take a deposit and get your project booked in.
